Your Nexgrill Gas Grill is a joy to have every summer, so you want to maintain it with genuine Nexgrill parts. Nexgrill makes parts for a variety of outdoor grills. Whether you love your Charmglow, Grill Master, Jenn-Air, Member’s Mark, or Nexgrill model of backyard grill, you’ll need the parts to keep it in perfect working order, and those parts can be had from Nexgrill or from authorized dealers. You might need replacement parts for things that break or are damaged, or you might need additional parts for add-on features.

Charmglow Grill Parts
The beautiful stainless steel Charmglow started as a 3 burner grill, which has since been discontinued, but you can still get the parts for this earlier Nexgrill Charmglow model. The new Charmglow has 5 burners, is roomier inside and out, and has more BTUs. The quality is about the same.

Nexgrill sells the main lid for $115 as well as handles for the main lid at $18 each. Other available parts include a cooking grid, firebox assembly, burners, baffles, manifolds, grease trays, and more. A refrigerator with a door runs about $275. While you’re buying Nexgrill parts for your Charmglow, you can pick up a grill brush and wood chips for burning in the grill.

Jenn-Air Grill Parts
Jenn-Air is a popular grill that is sold in Lowe’s among other locations. Jenn-Air has liquid propane fuel models and a stainless steel finish that looks impressive in the backyard. Because this is a widely-distributed model line, you’ll definitely want to find parts for it.

Nexgrill sells the main lid for $160, but if you just need main lid screws and screw covers, those are $5 each. Some of the parts that can be hard to find include the Rotisserie Burner Ignition Wire, the Rear Baffle, the Sear Burner Bowl Assembly, the grease tray, light switch, and main knob. All of these, though, are available from Nexgrill. Cooking grids are available in stainless steel or cast iron. There are lots of parts available if your drawer or tank tray has a problem; brackets for either side, the tray itself, handles, etc.

You will want to look online for the exploded parts diagram, which will allow you to see what parts are needed and what they are called. Otherwise, ordering is a problem. Diagrams are available as PDF files as well as online illustrations. You can also find full manuals for your Jenn-Air grill, and this will help you determine if you’re up to the task of replacing your grill parts. Sometimes it’s a simple repair, after all, and sometimes you’re in over your head!

Nexgrill Repair Parts
You may want parts for your Nexgrill gas grill or for one of the other Nexgrill model lines described above, or you may want repair parts that are not model specific. Spider exclusion screens, for example, are available for a number of different Nexgrill models and installs over venturi air shutters to keep spiders out. They sell for about $7. They are about 7/8” in diameter and 1” long. You might also want venture gaskets with screws which fit several Nexgrill gas grills.

If you want additional burners, some Nexgrill grills allow add-ons. In that case, you can buy a hot surface igniter add-on kit for additional burners. This includes three color-coded wires. It retails for approximately $44. A hot surface igniter kit for one burner is also available, also with the three color-coded wires, for some Nexgrill grills. This item sells for less than $50.
